Let's understand each other better

Below is what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Minimum Order/ Carriage Paid

First orders must exceed $200, after which point the reorder minimum drops to $175. Carriage paid on orders over $800.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at check out with a credit card or paypal. If you need to pay with an e-transfer please send an email to katrina@peregrinesupply.com.

We don't consider an order placed until it has been paid for.

Estimated Lead Times

Excluding peak times all orders will ship within 1-5 business days after it has been received. If something is on back order, we will contact you and let you know when you can expect that item to be back in stock.

Order Cancellations

Order cannot be cancelled or modified once they have gone into processing. If you need to change something about your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns on items that arrive in completely unsellable condition as long as you contact us within 7 days of your package arriving and provide a photo of the item(s). 

We do not accept returns on items with minor cosmetic damage (ie smudged labels). If you want to swap these items out for new ones, you are able to do so only if you receive authorization from us beforehand and agree to ship the items back to us at your own expense. We will then ship new items to you with the postage paid by us.

Let us know within 7 days if an item is missing and we will send over another one.

Please contact us at katrina@peregrinesupply.com for a return authorization or to let us know of any missing products. 

Samples

If 5 units of an item are purchased, we will provide a sample free of charge. Otherwise, the sample will initially need to purchased at cost. 

Once a year we will replace your samples, free of charge. Just let us know and we will include them in your next order. Please note sample replacements must be shipped with an order and will not be shipped out on their own.

Shipping

We ship via Canada Post for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated per order size and weight. The buyer is responsible for all shipping/freight costs unless the order value exceeds the carriage paid limit ($800). If you would like a shipping quote, or would like to request a different carrier, please don’t hesitate to contact us at katrina@peregrinesupply.com.

Restricted Products

At this time, we cannot offer our Badger Hair Shave Brushes, or any related packages as wholesale items. Please do not purchase these products for wholesale purposes.

Packages/Gift Sets

If you intend to include our products in a package deal or a gift set, the items must not be altered in any way.

Coupon Codes/ Promotions

Wholesale accounts are not eligible for retail coupons or promotions. If you use a retail coupon, or participate in a retail promotion, your account will be billed accordingly. When a wholesale promotion becomes active, you will be notified. We are unable to offer promotion prices/ incentives after the promotion period has elapsed.

Private Label Contracts

Peregrine Supply Co. does not offer private label or white label arrangements at this time.

Quantity Price Breaks

Peregrine Supply Co. does not offer quantity price breaks on orders, unless an item is ordered in quantities that meet or exceed the case unit count. For more information on case quantities and prices, please contact us at katrina@peregrinesupply.com.

Use of our Photographs or Copy

As an authorized Peregrine retailer feel free to use our photos or copy for your own website or in store. If you would like to use our products in any kind of media we ask that you let us know first.
